SAT独立主格结构讲解

　　独立主格结构：with+名词/代词宾格+介词短语(prepositional phrase)/形容词(adj.)/副词(adv.)/现在分词(doing)/过去分词(done)/动词不定式(to do)此独立主格结构在英文中作状语。分别举例如下:

　　with:+名词/代词宾格+介词短语

　　Man is deteriorating the environment incessantly, with many species on theverge of mass extinction.

　　人类正在不断地破坏环境，结果是很多物种都处于大量灭绝的境地。

　　with+名词/代词宾格+形容词

　　Motor vehicles are giving off lead-containing exhaust gas, with the air in thestreet unbreathable.

　　机动车辆排放着含铅的尾气，结果是街道上的空气令人无法呼吸。

　　with+名词/代词宾格+副词

　　With production up by 56%，the company has expanded from having 2subsidiaries to 5 ones.

　　产量上升了56%，公司从拥有两个分公司扩大为拥有5个分公司。

　　with+名词/代词宾格+现在分词

　　She stood there chatting with her teacher, with her boyfriend waiting for her.

　　当她站在那儿跟老师聊天时，她的男朋友在等她。

　　with+名词/代词宾格+过去分词

　　Most factories lay more emphasis on profit, with the discharged poisonouswater and gas undone.

　　大多数工厂都更注重利润，而对于排出的废水和有毒气体不做处理。

　　With the pollution-free energy to be used in the prospective future, ouratmosphere is to be clear and clean.
