Moreover,asthegeneralpublicbecomesbettereducated,fewerpeoplewishtoworkforthesamejobdayinanddayoutfor20or30years.Individualsinsearchofgreaterfreedomofmovementandjobvarietydonotwanttoberestrictedtothemonotonousandtiringlifestylethatasinglecareeroffers.Peoplewhostudyawiderangeofsubjectswillbereadytoworkindifferentfieldsinthefuture.Thusindividualswhosupplementtheirundergraduatedegreeswithknowledgeofcomputersorbusinessmanagementwillbebetterpreparedtomovefromonejobtoanother.
