Q: How do you think of the hotel industry in China nowadays?
A: Hotel industry is developing fast in China now. It is an industry with a big potential. And with the devlopment of China's economy, I believe Chinese hotel indutry will have a bright future.
Q: Can you give an introduction of the hotel you worked in?
A: OK. It was a four-star hotel in Beijing. It has 2QQ rooms, a Chinese restaurant and a western restaurant. There were 2QQ staffworking in the hotel. The whole hotel could be divided into four departments: reception department, food&beverage department, security department and human resource department.
Q: So you can speak another language other than English?
A: Yes. I can also speak Japanese and a little German as well.
Q: Can you tell me some of your strengths and weaknesses?
A: I'm loyal, honest; I manage my time effectively; I always follow through on my work, and I have great computer skills. Umm, I can't really say I have any major weakness that affects my performance at work. I believe through continual learning and on-the-job training I can perform even better. Sometimes, I think I'm too hard-working, but I really love my work.
Q: What leadership qualities did you develop as an administrative personnel?
A: I feel that learning how to motivate people and to work together as a team will be the major goal of my leadership.
