Although there are many kinds of subjects, my priority is PE lesson.

The reasons why I am so fascinated with PE lesson can be best summarized as the followings. It is quite convincing to say that the most significant reason consists in the fact that it can keep you as fit as a fiddle. From my own perspective, I think health is the most important aspect to our life. By doing some exercises in PE lesson, we can not only relax from our heavy study pressure, but also we can have a perfect figure. What’s more, when we are talking about PE lessons, it is impossible not to mention the spirit of “persistence” which we can learn from the games in PE lesson. You know, when we are playing football, everyone tries their best. The truth is that as long as we persist, we will finally win the game no matter how tough it is.

01 spare time

What do you do in your spare time? Please include specific details in your statement When I have leisure time, I look forward to spending it outdoors. Breathing fresh air and enjoying the natural light of sunshine are a nice break from the closed in atmosphere of my office. Once outside in a healthy environment, my choice of activities is limitless. Mostly I enjoy walks with friends. We like to explore new parts of the city. Sometimes we head out of town and try a new hiking trail in the woods. The outdoors is a great place to meet other like‐minded people who are interested in fitness. Recently, I met someone on a walking trail. During our walk we found out we are both sighed up for golf lessons at the local club. In addition, he is interested in joining my friends and I in forming a volleyball team. The outdoors offers a great opportunity to spend free time alone or with friends.

02 relaxed life

Even though we must work hard in order to make our dreams come true, it is not a good idea to be exhausted every day. 03 relax myself

Choose one of your favorite methods to relax and explain why it is your favorite. Please include specific details in your explanation. I have many ways to relax myself. I will take a nap if I am really tired. When the weather is good,　I will definitely go out for a walk in the park, enjoying the warm sunshine and fresh air. I will also relax myself by switching to computer games from serious work or study. I can lose myself a little while I’m playing the games. Listening to music is another way I prefer to relax myself. Of course the music I choose won’t be rock ‘n’ roll or rap. It should be something much softer. And these are the ways I prefer to relax myself.

04 short vacations

Would you like to take a long vacation or several short vacations in a year? Explain why.　I support the idea of students having several short vacations throughout a year. Firstly, short vacations are a great relaxation after busy final exams. We can be with family, visit friends, go to concerts and do many other things besides classes. Furthermore, students wouldn’t forget what 　they have learned and will be more focused on their classes when they return to school if their vacation time is divided up throughout the year. And I also think short vacations are safe for students who have a travel plan. So I find many advantages of short vacations compared with a longer one.

我支持学生们在一年中有几个短假期的观点。首先,短假期是繁忙的期末考试后很好的放松。在学习以外， 我们可以与家人一起,走亲访友,去音乐会或者做许多其他的事情。此外,如果他们的假期时间是按照全年划分，学生们不会忘记他们已经学会的知识而且将更关注于返回学校后的课业。并且我也认为短假期对于安排旅行计划的学生们而言相对安全。所以相比较长假期，我发现短假期有很多优点。

05 sight‐ ‐seeing

When traveling, some people prefer to reach the destination directly. Some others prefer to stop and look around the scenery along the way. What kind of way of traveling do you think is better and why?

I prefer to take my time and enjoy the scenery along the way. Firstly, there can be some surprisingly beautiful sights on the way, and I don’t wanna miss it. It can be even better than my destination. In addition, trip is a way of relaxation instead of a job. So you don’t need to rush yourself, otherwise I may already feel tired when I get to my destination. I’d like to relax from the moment I set out. So, that’s my reason for sight‐seeing along the way.

05 fictions

Usually, novels, magazines and poetry are considered the three major forms of literature. Which one do you prefer and explain why you prefer this literature form. Please include specific examples and details in your explanation.　I like fictions the most. They can soothe me when I’m tired and wanna have a little break, you just need to sit down to enjoy the story in a fiction, just imagining what has happened according to the description, as if you were watching a movie. For other types of reading materials, although poems may be of great literature values, but sometimes they are difficult to understand. When I turn to them, I’m just looking for a way of relaxation rather than another type of learning. Magazines are always expensive and contain lots of advertisements. So I really prefer fictions to the others.

07 type of movies

Which is your favorite type of movie: action, drama, or others? Please include specific details and examples in your explanation. My favorite type of movie is romance comedies. The charming actors such as Hugh Grant or Brad Pitt are some of the most attractive actors in the world. Whenever they have new movies coming out I will pay for the ticket price and watch them in the movie theatres, I just like the way to fantasize about my life when I watch their movies. And the second reason may be more important. Watching this kind of movies is just like reading a book which teaches me how to love and to be loved. Moreover, the recent movies are always what girls talk about and I do not want to be out of date when we are having a casual conversation.

08 together with friends (sports)

When you are together with your friends, which place would you like to go? Explain why. When I am with my good friends, we will definitely go do some sports together. Most of my friends love basketball, and we are all pretty good at it. We will play 3 on 3, or three point shoot‐out. It's great fun and good to have some sweat. We used to play basketball every week when we were still at school. Although we play less often now, it is still a great work‐out. We can loose ourselves in the game. Playing basketball is also good for health too.

一、object类话题

根据以往常出的题目总结来看，object往往可以分为tangible object(有形物体)以及intangibleobject(无形无体)。

Tangible object，顾名思义我们能够看得见摸得着的实物，除了一些比较常规的special gift，meaning

object之外，还包括出题者最爱考的一些关于book类的话题，即让我们描述最喜欢看的、或是读过的最有意义的一本书。另外，较为常见的一些题目还包括描述asong, a film, a painting, aphotograph等题目。在这样的题目当中，很多同学因为不知道要说什么或是不熟悉这样的事物导致完全说不出或是表述不流利，结结巴巴说不到重点。在遇到此类题目，一个比较简单的思路就是不要纠结于一些大家都要知道的名著，我们完全可以从自己比较熟悉的一些话题展开，如自己画的第一幅全家福。另外，尽量避免每个人都在讲的一些话题，比如大部分人都在说《HarryPotter》，那我们如果换成《How to win friends》会不会好很多呢?一定不要给自己挖坑，怎么便于表述怎么来。

至于intangible object，较为常考的有让我们去描述positive invention，favoritesubject，importantcharacteristic等话题。在这里还是一样，就我们容易表述的说，每个想法列出两个关键词，再去展开就可以了，在这里表述以简单易懂为主，千万不要说一些高深曲折的大道理。掌握了这些素材之后，object类题目就没问题了。所以建议在考试之前，先把所有可能会考到的题目先过一遍，想到要说什么就已经成功了一半了。

二、person类话题

Person类话题在task 1的考试中形式不多，总结起来无非两类人，一种是我们比较熟悉的在我们身边的人，例如family member, bestfriend, favorite teacher, an old person yourespect等，由于这些都是我们较为熟悉的，所以比较容易想到，在表述的时候也较为简单。相对来说会有一定难度的就是第二类人——famousperson名人了。在task1，它有可能让你去描述一位你钦佩、喜欢或是想见面的名人，甚至给你规定一定领域。这是如果碰到一些不关注这一领域的就不太好说了。比如一些女生平时对体育不感兴趣，但考试的时候让你去描述一个你最喜欢的足球选手，那可能一下子就懵圈了。但是遇到这样的题目也不用怕，在我们备考时完全可以提前准备好相关素材，在考试的时候也不是任何领域都会考我们，常见的也就actor/actress,singer, spotsman, business man,leader这几类，所以就算我们不喜欢不感兴趣，只要我每个领域都想出来一个人就完全没有问题啦。

在这里给到两个我们凡事涉及到人都非常通用的一些素材思路，一是表述ta在专业领域上的卓越表现。比如ta是歌手，我们说ta歌唱得好，是演员我们说ta演技精湛，是商人我们说ta把公司治理的优秀等。二是私下的品质特征，如responsible，humorous，helpful等。其中的helpful更是非常通用，基本上所有的名人都比较喜欢做一些慈善工作帮助有需要的人，所以我们可以说道Besidesthe fact that he is such a shining movie star, he also devotes himself to thecharity career. He always donate some money and make no effect to help thosepeople in need. 你看，基本上所有的名人都能用吧!

三、place类话题

在遇到让我们描述place的题目的时候，其实也不是很难。还是可以把它分为两方面，一是“大地方”，如country，city，state等，往往会联系着travel一起考;另外一方面就是我们所谓的“小地方”，如library，museum，park，cafe，campus等地方。在遇到place的时候，我们可以从这几个思路着手，一是这个地方与我们而言的specialmeaning(特殊意义)，二是这个地方的function(功能)。比如我常去这家cafe是因为一，我可以在这家咖啡馆里跟朋友小聚一下，喝喝咖啡聊聊天;二，这是我从小到大一直去的一家店，见证了我的成长，对我而言意味着很多。以这样的角度出发，place类话题也可以轻松拿下啦!

四、event类话题

很多考生会比较头疼遇到event类话题，但是这一类话题往往是我们在备考时最容易准备的。因为很多题目我们都可以把它合并成为相似话题，用同一个素材就可以对待各种不同题目。我们最常考的就是一些对你而言比较有意义的，最近发生的比较兴奋地，或是你获得成长的，或是你克服的某个困难，再或者是别人帮助你的一次经历。这些题目其实我们都可以用一个思路，如：我最近参加了某个演讲比赛，一开始觉得没信心，但是经过朋友的帮助及鼓励，后来赢得了冠军。你看，这样的思路，是不是刚刚几个题目都能用得上了?那另外一类题目就是有些负面的，比如让你描述一次别人惹恼你的经历，或是你生气的经历。在这里可以用一个非常简单好表述的思路，如某人在一个禁烟的公共场所吸烟，你劝告后仍不听，因此你很生气。表述起来也比较简单吧。
