电话用语是我们在学习
英语的过程中经常接触的一个话题.虽然学了很多年，但还是有很多人在接起外国人的电话来仍然是Er, well。其实电话用语常用的也不过那么几句而已.学会这几种表达方式，接到外国人的电话就不会那么紧张了!
常用表达
1.Hello. Can I speak to Lina, please?
你好，请找林娜听电话。
2. Hold on, please.
请稍等。
3. Would you tell her Tom Gray called?
能否转告她汤姆·格雷打过电话?
4. Hello. Is Marie Ward there, please?
你好。请问玛丽·沃德在吗?
5. The name of the person you're calling, please?
请问，您要找的人叫什么名字?
6. I'll speak to anyone at extension 21.
请找21号分机的人听电话。
7. I'm afraid she's not here.
恐怕她现在不在。
8. Could you give her a message, please?
你能否给她留个口信?
9. Would you ask her to call Larry Potter at 836-2550?
你能不能让她给拉里·波特回电话?电话号码是836-2550.
10. Could you tell her to give Yang a call when she gets back? She has my number.
她回来的时候，你能否让她给杨打个电话?她有我的电话号码。
情景对话
A: Good morning, it's Colin Powell.
B: Colin, this is Jane. Sorry to call you on such a short notice, but I am feeling very ill.
I'm afraid I can't be in the office today.
A: What's wrong? Are you feeling all right?
B: I've got a fever and a headache.
A: Haven't you taken any medicine to ease the pain?
B: Yes, I took some aspirin just two hours ago, but it hasn't helped.
A: Try to get some more sleep and drink more water, see if this helps.
B: OK, Colin. Thanks. I am really sorry, but I just don't think I can make it in today.
A: Oh, Jane. Don't worry so much. Don't come back tomorrow unless you feel one hundred percent.
B: Thanks a lot.
A:早上好，我是科林·鲍威尔。
B:科林，我是简。不好意思这个时候才给您打电话。不过我很不舒服。恐怕今天去不了办公室了。
A:你怎么了?你还好吧?
B:我在发烧，而且头痛。
A:你有没有吃点儿止痛药?
B:两小时前我吃了阿司匹林。不过好像不起什么作用。
A:好好睡一觉.多喝点儿水，那样可能会管用。
B:好吧，科林.谢谢。我很抱歉，不过今天恐怕不行了.
A:哦，简，不要这么担心。明天如果感觉好了再过来。
